We are a fellowship of persons who enter into this Covenant: Together with the Beth-El faith community, I will seek to follow Jesus.

- Focus on spiritual growth (rather than political or theological issues)
- Ministry and Mission that is:
- Healing, hopeful, life-giving
- Incarnational – built on relationship, presence, and respect
- Responsive to whole-person needs and dreams
- Empowering persons and communities so they may experience wholeness
